The best part of my job is that I meet new people every day and most of my clients remain life long friends. My clientfriends Amy + Stuart just had the most beautiful baby boy and I did a little jiggity-dance-of-happiness when I scheduled his first portrait session. Little Carson Jay is just adorable. I loved meeting him and I'm looking forward to seeing him grow year after year! xo
I'm no Anne Geddes, but I just coudn't resist attempting to capture my little niece on her one week old birthday. She was born 5 weeks early and already so strong and loving the camera, well almost. Mom, Dad and Payton Nicole are doing great! So, grab the box of tissues and take a peak at the newest love of my life.
one of my favorite things is when my good friend viana stops by for a visit with her ever growing toddler, nyah. today she surprised me with his new haircut and i just grabbed my camera and followed him around for the hour they were here. he is so incredibly funny to watch, always growling and crawling around like a mini-lion tearing up a storm. as soon as mom gets a old of him he is squirming around like mad, anxious to explore and taste the never ending plant world at auntie kristen's house.
This week I was blessed to be able to have the time to visit my dear friends and their brand new baby boy. He is breathtaking and mom and dad are doing great! Thanks for everything Steph and Thurston and I can't wait to see you again.
my good friends stephanie and thurston are having a baby! i've known steph going on 10 years and after all these years of friendship, she is a solid person in my life and beautiful as ever! when she called to tell me she was expecting, i was so excited for her! but i have to admit, i was secretly planning all the pictures i will be taking of their handsome baby boy. over the weekend, eoin and i drove over to la to celebrate their newest addition with family and friends. i don't think i've ever played so many baby games, and yes, i ate baby food too! it was great meeting their overjoyed families and being a part of a few short hours full of love and laughter!
