Amazing Anniversary gift {boudoir}
A bride (and dear friend) of mine asked me if I would make boudoir portraits of her lovely self ... why Yes! I said, I would love to! We met at the Capri Hotel in Ojai, such a cute retro spot, and since she wanted the vintage feel it was perfect. Stephanie is a creative genius and she took the photos I made and turned them into this extraordinary calendar for her Bear for their 5 year anniversary! What a gift! My favorite photos are the ones where she is reveling in being herself, laughing and having a blast!
I love boudoir portraits! It is such an incredible thing to photograph the beauty in every woman, to recognize her goddess within and cherish all that makes her special. Many women I've talked to feel like they could never get naked in front of a camera, but let me say this, there is a fine line between sultry and racy that I never cross, because I am able to find that elegance in every shot. Playful, spirited and beautiful is my goal but heck, we can even get racy if you really want to. ;) It's just about having fun and loving who you are, every inch.
